Association for Biblical Higher Education (ABHE)

ABHE is an institutional accrediting body recognized by both the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) and the United States Department of Education (USDE). Accreditation certifies that ACC meets rigorous standards for educational quality, faculty credentials, library and learning resources, student services, and ethical administration.
Evaluation & Reaffirmation Cycle
As part of the regular ten-year comprehensive reaffirmation cycle, an ABHE Commission on Accreditation evaluation site visit team visited the Alaska Christian College campus in March 2026. The institution continues in good standing, consistently demonstrating compliance with all ABHE institutional and programmatic standards.

Alaska Christian College is authorized to operate and confer Associate in Arts degrees by the Alaska Commission on Postsecondary Education (ACPE).
