Our Journey Since 2001

Celebrating 25 Years of Life-Changing Education

From the first day of classes in September 2001, Alaska Christian College has sought to offer programs that meet the real needs of Alaskan students and prepare them to serve their hometown communities. Today, ACC offers four accredited Associate in Arts degree programs, maintains transfer partnerships with universities across Alaska and the lower forty-eight, and has welcomed students from more than 100 Alaskan villages.

Founded on the premise that Alaska Native students deserve a collegiate environment that honors their culture while anchoring them in Jesus Christ, ACC continues to bridge the educational gap through personalized mentorship and academic rigor.

Our Three Educational Pillars

1. Christian Formation

Spiritual growth through biblical instruction, weekly chapel, small-group discipleship, and personal character development.

2. Higher Education

Rigorous, ABHE-accredited collegiate coursework designed for seamless baccalaureate transfer or direct workforce entry.

3. Christian Service

Hands-on ministry practicums and servant leadership impacting local churches, schools, and village communities throughout Alaska.
