Office of the Registrar
Managing student academic records, official transcripts, enrollment verifications, and graduation audits.
Role of the Registrar
The Registrar serves to maintain student academic records, verify enrollment, ensure degree audit accuracy, and manage course enrollment. All official requests for grade reports, course schedule changes, and transcript releases must go through the Office of the Registrar.
Official Transcripts
Need an official copy of your ACC transcript sent to an employer or transfer university? Current and former students can request official digital or paper transcripts by contacting the Registrar.
Add, Drop, or Audit a Course
Students may add, drop, or audit a course in any session within the Add/Drop deadline and audit deadline published in the Academic Calendar. Complete the official Add/Drop/Audit Form and submit directly to the Registrar.
FERPA Consent for Information Release
Alaska Christian College, in accordance with FERPA, does not release non-directory educational records without the written request of the student. All students are required to complete and sign ACC’s official FERPA form.
Course & Housing Registration
Both incoming first-year students and returning students complete their course selection and campus housing preferences prior to orientation and move-in week.
Submitting Prior Transcripts to ACC
Incoming degree-seeking students must provide an official high school transcript or recognized equivalency certificate (GED). Transfer students wishing to receive credit toward their Associate in Arts degree must request official collegiate transcripts sent directly from previous institutions.
