Next Steps to Joining ACC
Congratulations on your acceptance! Here is everything you need to do before arriving on campus in Soldotna.
Review and Accept Your Financial Aid Award
Our Financial Aid office will send your official award letter detailing federal grants, state assistance, and institutional scholarships. Sign and return your acceptance letter or review your portal to lock in your aid.
Submit Your Campus Housing Application
Space in our residence halls and student cabins is limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Complete your housing preferences form and pay your room deposit to reserve your spot.
Complete Student Health Records & Identification
ACC maintains strict privacy standards for medical and identification records. Submit your required immunization records, health history, and photo identification through our secure student health portal as instructed by your admissions counselor.
Book Your Flights into Kenai Municipal Airport (ENA)
Students traveling from rural Alaska or out-of-state should book connecting flights into Kenai (ENA) via Anchorage (ANC). Raven Alaska and Grant Aviation operate daily flights between Anchorage and Kenai. ACC provides free airport shuttle pickups!
Pack for the Kenai Peninsula Climate
Soldotna experiences cool, crisp autumns and cold snowy winters. We recommend packing warm layered clothing, waterproof boots, thermal underwear, a heavy winter coat, gloves, bedding (twin XL), toiletries, and a study lamp.
Attend Orientation & Move-In Weekend
Orientation is mandatory for all new students. You’ll meet your professors, bond with your cohort, complete academic course registration, and settle into your room.
